How often do you bill?

We invoice on a weekly basis based on number of orders shipped, shipping charges incurred, and any other special projects needed. Payment terms are on a net-7. WAY Partners reserves the right to cease all shipping and receiving of product if payment is past due 48hrs +.

Are your warehouses insured?

Yes. While storing your products, your inventory is insured from loss, theft, and damage from natural disasters.

Are there any minimum fees?

Nope. We bill you based on what we ship, no minimums or maximums.

What is standard receiving?

Standard receiving is free with us. Standard receiving meets the following criteria:

• Large shipments are palletized and wrapped sufficiently
• Smaller shipments are no more than 10 individual parcels
• Pallets are tagged with product information and piece count
• Pallet manifest is sent to your Fulfillment Expert prior to receival of shipment

Examples out of the Standard Receiving scope include: shipments with loose contents that require additional sorting/counting, container or trucks that require hand-unloading, etc.

Anything out of scope will incur the Special Project fee of $40/hr to receive your shipment.

What are standard packaging materials?

Standard packaging includes generic materials needed to get your product to your customer safely. These include: kraft paper void filler, brown unbranded boxes, packaging tape etc.

Do you allow custom packaging?

Absolutely! We understand how important it is to keep your brand consistent from the time your customer accesses your website to when they open their package. We encourage custom packaging if you have it, and if you don’t, our team of Fulfillment Experts are happy to point you in the right direction to get some made just for you!

How many locations does WAY Partners have?

We have one warehouse located in Pensacola, Florida. We look forward to opening new locations in the future!

Do you accept returns?

If you’d like us to start processing returns for you, just ask your Fulfillment Expert! The price to process and restock your returns is the same price as your flat-rate fulfillment cost.

Do you offer dedicated support?

Of course. Upon partnering with WAY, we’ll team you up with one of our Fulfillment Experts. They will be your go-to for all of your questions or concerns and are only a call, text, or email away!
